Terms of service

These terms apply to the Google listing management service offered by 100LEADS, a name used by COACH CHRIS LTD. (NEQ 1175860973). By subscribing, you accept them.

1. The service

We manage your Google Business Profile: optimization (categories, services, hours, description, photos), one post per week, review requests to your customers, a reply to every new review and a monthly report.

2. Price and payment

CA$497 per month, plus applicable taxes, paid in advance by card through Stripe. The subscription renews every month until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by writing to info@100leads.services. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. The current month is not refunded. Your listing and its content stay yours.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us manager access to your Google listing and provide accurate information.
• For review requests, only send us customers you have done business with and who may lawfully be contacted (CASL).
• Only provide photos and content you have the right to use.

5. No ranking guarantee

Google alone decides how listings rank. We don't guarantee any ranking, number of reviews or specific result.

6. Google's rules and content

We follow Google's rules: no fake reviews and no incentivized reviews. Photos are only enhanced (light, color, sharpness, cropping), never altered in content. Content and review replies are written with the help of AI and published automatically. You can ask for a change at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for Google's decisions (suspensions, ranking changes, review removals).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
