What we collect
Name, email, phone, business name and city, trade, your consent choice and the public information on your Google listing (rating, review count, website, hours, photos, search ranking). We also measure email opens and link clicks. For clients, we also process the information needed to deliver the service, such as the customer list provided for review requests.
Why we use it
- To send the audit and proposal you asked for, and follow up on your request.
- To send our tips and offers, if you agreed, or for 6 months after your request.
- To deliver our services to clients, bill them and answer questions.
Our audits, emails and review replies are written with the help of artificial intelligence tools, using the information described above. No decision with a legal effect on you is made by fully automated means.
Service providers and sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us deliver the service: Meta (ad forms), HighLevel (customer management and sending), Zapier and its AI tools (automation), Google (public listing data), Stripe (payments) and Microsoft 365 (email). These providers may store information outside Quebec, including in the United States. We choose them for their security practices and limit what they receive to what is needed.
Retention and security
We keep your information for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you are a client or the law requires longer. Access is limited to the people and tools that need it, with secure authentication.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@100leads.services. We reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email or by replying STOP to our texts. You can also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies. The form and payment pages of our providers (Meta, HighLevel, Stripe) may use their own cookies, under their own policies.
