PRIVACY POLICY
This page explains, in plain words, what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
Who we are
100LEADS is a Montréal (Quebec) company. We help home-service businesses answer every call with Alex, our AI receptionist, and improve their Google Maps presence. This policy applies to our website, our forms, our ads and our exchanges with you by phone, text and email.
If you call or write to a business that is a 100LEADS client, that business's own policy applies to your information: we process it on its behalf, under its instructions.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information
Our person in charge of the protection of personal information answers any question or request: info@100leads.services.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email.
- Your business name and city.
- Your answers to our questions (for example your trade, the size of your team, your business's revenue band, who answers the phone).
- Call recordings and transcripts, when a call is recorded. We tell you at the start of the call.
- Browsing data on our website (pages viewed, device type, where the visit came from).
We collect only what we need to answer you and serve you.
How we collect it
- Through Meta lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.
- Through the forms on our website and our booking pages.
- By phone, text and email, when you contact us or when we call you back.
- Through cookies and measurement tools on our website (see section 12).
Why
- To prepare and send you the Google Maps audit you asked for, to answer your request and call you back.
- To prepare a proposal, then deliver and run the service.
- To invoice and collect payments.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve our service and our ads.
We do not sell your personal information.
Consent and how to withdraw it
When you fill out a form, book a call or write to us, you consent to our using your information for the purposes described here, including sending you emails and texts about our services. Every commercial message says who sent it and how to unsubscribe, as Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) requires.
You can withdraw your consent at any time:
- reply STOP to a text;
- click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email;
- write to info@100leads.services.
We process your request within 10 business days at the latest. Withdrawal does not apply to messages needed for a service you bought, such as invoices or appointment confirmations. If you withdraw consent to the use of information the service needs, we may no longer be able to deliver it.
Retention
We keep your information for the length of our relationship, then 3 years after the last exchange or the end of the service, unless the law requires a longer period (for example for accounting and tax records). After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
- Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
- Our tools are protected by passwords and named user accounts.
- Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- We use established providers that have their own security measures.
No system is perfect. If a confidentiality incident affected your information and presented a risk of serious harm, we would inform you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can:
- access the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask for its deletion, within the limits of the law;
- get a copy in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, as described in section 6.
To exercise a right, write to info@100leads.services with "Personal information" as the subject. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we have not respected this policy or the law, write to us first: we want to fix the problem. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so on our website.
